I am paying a phone bill for my daughter. She is now old enough to pay this on her own so I want to cancel this contract so she can have her own. However she wants to use an ID contract but can’t swap the number due to them both being on the same network. Please help

Unfortunately as you’ve mentioned, you cannot transfer your phone number from one iD Mobile contract to another. You also cannot change the name on the account to someone else.
Therefore, you would need to either do what’s known as a triangle port, where you transfer the number to another network on a Pay As You Go contract, then back to us on the new contract, or she joins another network entirely I’m afraid.
