Hey there,

 

I am coming to the end of my 24 month contract with ID for my Pixel 6. I want to remain on ID, and I have bought an ESim data only contract. I want to keep my phone number, but cancel the 24 month contract so I am not continued to be billed now I have reached the end of it, and transfer it over to my eSim. 

 

How do I do this?

Welcome to the Community!

Unfortunately we don’t allow internal number ports which means that you can’t move your number from one account to another.

If you wish to keep the same number with iD Mobile I would advise to upgrade your old contract or change your plan.

As well when I go to change my plan, I get this 

However i got this email at the start of the month:

 

Does this mean i have to wait one more month before I can switch or..?

To upgrade to a SIM only you’ll need to await your current contract’s minimum term to complete, which according to the screenshot above was on 25/05/24, I’d recommend checking again.
