I am coming to the end of my contracts with iD but there does not  seem to be details of my second account on mine. Chat bot/person is not loading so I cannot speak to them through their own channels. What would be the best way to proceed?

You should be able to discuss your upgrade options with the iD sales team, @AlunJ

Try calling them on 020 7139 1397, during normal office hours.

What do you mean there doesn’t seem to be details on the second account?

 

If you have multiple iD Mobile plans, you’ll need to register unique iD Mobile app/website for each plan.
