I have been working at home since October without hotspot issues. I am also checking the service outage when I can find WiFi that is available.
I live in a rural area where there is no cabled wifi so if the dish is down I rely on your hotspot. It would mean me travelling 5 miles to get WiFi.
All I want is a phone number to speak direct with a person rather than have to wait for the ID network to allow me access when my home WiFi provider is also having issues. I am able to speak with them, why not ID?
