How can I escalate a complaint to senior manager at ID mobile? Complaint gone unanswered for three weeks now. No phone and keep being told it has been delivered which it has NOT. Have seen the photo which apparently shows delivery and it is certainly not my address.

The complaints team would be the highest level that an issue can be escalated to, if you’ve already made a complaint to them directly, we’d recommend awaiting a response from them on this or giving them a call on 0800 049 2402 or 0800 049 1300.
The complaints team work as a part of a queue and have been subject to higher volumes over the festive period, we can only apologise for the time some complaints may take.
