I would like to cancel my contract but still pay a monthly just for my phone.

I bought a new galaxy a15 mobile and kept my current number via pac code. Some my friends not getting my number they got different number when I send MSM only. Call and WhatsApp its ok
Ok so I have this issue with my cart SIM that I have no signal anywhere for nearly a day . And that's not the first time . I have 2 mobiles phone from you guys Id mobile and in both I have the same issue. I am a hgv driver so I do need my phone constantly . . Can someone do something with that !
It's really irritated. Because I have to stop to connect to some free WiFi!..

You can’t cancel the contract as we don’t charge separately for the SIM and phone.
If you would like you can terminate the contract which means that you pay the outstanding amount remaining.
As you advised that the issue is everywhere it may be worth testing the SIM in a different handset or alternatively we can send a replacement SIM to test.
