I had my phone stolen recently and I contacted ID mobile in order to get;
- Usage history for the past 30 days with IMEI information
- IMEI blacklist on my stolen phone ()
However the customer service have provided invoices which do not contain the IMEI information and state they cannot block the IMEI. I have been using the ID Mobile network and provided dates when I used my stolen phone, however I bought the phone outright from Apple and have been using an ID Mobile SIM. Can ID Mobile help get this information?
