Hiya, I’ve just joined IDmobile a week or two back and have had trouble with data not working and my app saying I have none left even though I haven’t been able to use any of it, and texts being marked as ‘not delivered’, anyway I can resolve these problems?

Hi there, i recently paid an outstanding payment into my account and it didnt work and then i paid it again so it has taken it twice and now my next month’s bill is showing as -£7. hOWEVER, MY DATA CALLS AND TEXTS ARE STILL NOT WORKING

It can take up to 24 hours for a bar to be lifted after payments are made up to date.
