Disgraceful company, 16 months of poor or not signal, I was reluctant to cancel my contract to avoid early penalties but now is unacceptable keep this situation (I work receiving calls and text with contracts details) I was 45min today trying to contact ID and after many attempts finally got someone. I ask my PAC number to be able to switch to a more reliable network BUT they refuse to give me details. I understand this is a personal number and I'd request they should provide this. Any advise please?
