Hi, I have been on 3 chats with ID mobile regarding a technical issue where the site is not recognising my card as existing.
I have checked that payments to ID mobile have not been blocked by nationwide. I have checked that all the card details are correct. And an ID mobile assistant said they had raised the issue with technical service and that it should be a fixed issue in 48 hours. However this issue is still continuing.
Could somebody please help me solve this issue as my services have now been blocked and I am considering requesting a pac code as I am unable to use the device.
