Hi,
I’ve just activated my new ESIM from the physical SIM already in my Iphone 14 plus and everything seems to be working ok. Do I now need to remove the old physical SIM from the phone or do I just leave it there and hope/assume that the system now recognises my new ESIM as the one to utilise?!

If you’re using our eSIM, I believe you can have an eSIM from us and a physical SIM from another network in the device if you so wish. However, we’d recommend only using one of either an eSIM or physical SIM card if just with our network.
