Have you asked the iD customer service team about this, using their online Live Chat service?
Just tell the 24/7 iD chatbot you want to “talk to an adviser” - the advisers work until 8pm on weekdays.

An eSIM is typically received in around an hour after the order is accepted and completed, do you have your eSIM now?
