Hi,

 

My esim has gone from my phone. I had problems making a call (poor signal) so I put my phone in to fight mode to force WiFi calling. That still wouldn't work, so I rebooted my phone, then I had no signal and phone telling me no SIM is inserted.

 

Had a look in settings are the esim has gone. Tried adding it again, but no joy it says that the esim has already been downloaded and to contact my operator.

 

Contacting is a little difficult at 23:00 on a Sunday and customer service doesn't open til 9am…

How do I get a replacement???

Sorry to hear about this and a replacement SIM will be required.

Usually eSIM’s are only deleted if you select the option to delete the eSIM from your network settings.

Have you since managed to get a replacement?
