This is the shortest contract I’ve ever had:
New SIM arrived today but when I tried to port my number I got “something went wrong”.
Tried looking for support and clicked on Live Chat - nothing happened.
Searched for customer support helpline but there isn’t one.
Called the only number available - COMPLAINTS - and waited 25 minutes before somebody answered.
Girl I spoke to said there were problems with IDMobile systems, but she offered to port my number manually if I gave her the PAC.
Told her to cancel my contract as I have no confidence in a service that doesn’t work from the start.
Contract ended without even breaking the SIM out of the card.
