I was told by an advisor that I can add my sons plan to my ID app. Can anyone please tell me how? Because they both plans are under my details I’m struggling to manage them. 

This is not possible at present. You need to register a second online account to manage your son’s plan.


Thank you! That’s what I was told in store, but the lady on the phone told me that I can have 3 numbers under the one account.

As advised, you’ll need to register the account separately under a different email address.

Thank you Kash. It was an ID employee who advised me that I could have multiple accounts when I rang to cancel my sons account because I couldn’t manage it along with my own as they are both linked to my email address.
