Thank you, I've only found the automated chat, how can I access a 'real person' chat?

I ‘think’ time of day plays a part here.  ‘Live chat’ is from 9am to 8pm Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays.  Also, being good with words or search terms helps avoid the Bot bit, or so I’ve read.  Any good?

Roaming is switched on by standard and is included in all iD Mobile plans.
