I tried registering my account after a few days of my number switching over. I have tried both numbers, deleting the app. I have tried logging in but it says i dont have an account so i try registering but it says my details are incorrect? Im not sure what to do.

I wouldn’t bother with the iD app @zeeshannnnn.

Use a web browser and register online at https://my.idmobile.co.uk - click on “Register” tab. 
The online registration isn’t always reliable either.

When I switched to iD, I tried to register online once or twice a day over several days, before I managed to register for my iD account.
