I have recently changed over to ID mobile from another provider and provided the PAC number and this was actioned at the start of this week. However, when I try to log into my iCloud the two factor authentication code which is being sent is not being received to my number. Has anyone had a similar issue and could there be some sort of block on this. I am receiving other calls and messages fine. 

Sounds like Apple aren’t sending the message to the correct device, @Martyn84

Apple 2FA isn’t an SMS - they send the message using a network connection to the Apple device.

Have you spoken to Apple, @Martyn84.


It’s actually sorted now. Not sure how but everything  now seems to be working as it should be.

Hi there @Olubunmio, if you’re unable to access Apple ID etc, then I’d recommend contacting Apple directly, as we do not control those here.
