Hi

 

Seriously had enough of this company now had on going issues since Feb 2023 and there answer to fixing it is giving me new sim cards, I complained they sent me a letter in the post to phone them had me sat on hold for over 47 minutes so i gave up, emailed them back and now CEO office is ignoring my complaint

 

Ive looked on CISAS website but cant see iD listed on there who do they use ?

They may not be ignoring your complaint @chris34736.

I think iD Mobile are allowed 8-weeks to work at resolving your complaint, or send you a deadlock letter. After deadlock or 8-weeks, you can go to the ombudsman. They have online case histories, which might help.
