Since Friday I am having issues with my Internet. It won't connect 5g/4g. I heard that ID was having issues last Friday, but does it still occurring?

I’d guess from the posts that people are still having issues. I’ve had VERY intermittent signal since Friday. I.D say should be resolved now. but I don’t believe a word these companies say. clearly its not fixed and they need to start offering refunds as 4 days is not acceptable. especially as they expect everything to be done on some stupid “app”

I've rebooted a few times. Just this minute rebooted and it seems to be holding 4g at the mo. Won't hold my breath though as it's been ok ish for a little while after rebooting but ends up dropping signal again after 30mins or so... Fingers crossed 🤞

I also experienced network issues on 01-Dec-2023 @AdrianMTB, but fortunately most services were restored late Friday evening - though my WiFi Calling took longer to recover. 

Perhaps there’s another fault or issue with the network in your area?

Three UK was having some issues with the network however most of this should be cleared up now, how are you getting on?
