My phone will not connect to network and when I try calling the number from another phone the call is refused and I get a message to say the number is invalid
I have confirmed my phone is good
i have replaced the original sim with a new one
Any ideas?

Are other people having the same issue when calling the number?
Have you ported the number into iD Mobile from another network?
Once we have all the answers we can try and help you get this resolved.

yes anybody that calls is getting the same message.
I ported my number over on Tue and it worked fine for two days.
