Put my ID mobile sim card in an iPhone 13 and when someone calls me, the phone after ringing, cuts off and says I cut them off. I've been to the Apple store and they say it is my network, ID mobile, that is the issue.
Amy ideas or help please?

Are you able to try the SIM card in another device?
How are outbound calls?
