I have a new phone A25 5g Galaxy. Old sim put in but cannot send or receive calls ?

Have you tried a NETWORK RESET on your Galaxy A25 handset,
This procedure can sometimes fix this issue - your phone’s user guide should explain how to do this.

Otherwise, perhaps iD have blocked calls on your iD account.
Have you tried the online iD Live Chat service, and spoken to a customer advisor?
Hi Andewhite thanks for getting back to me. I have eventually managed to get through to the complaints line ,and have spoken to someone who thinks it's my SIM card so they are sending a new one, hopefully that should sort it. Many thanks Karen
That’s good - hopefully your replacement iD SIM card will fix things,
FYI, after receiving your replacement iD SIM card, it will need to be activated online before use.
