hiya, will be moving out of UK around the first commencing week of September, so i want to leave ID, been trying to get to a human at ID but it seems like everything is automated by some strange bots, what can i do? do i just simply request a cancellation of my ID contracts which is for my daughter and son that has 2 numbers from ID, thanks
