Yesterday I lost phone signal and wi fi ?!?!? Just want to speak to someone to resolve and getting nowhere?!?

Hi @Jonathan Bellis

I’m sorry to hear this, are you still having issues with this?

Please could you let us know the full postcode where you’ve been having issues?

Tom

I got same issue today in city Center I have no signal can’t use my phone…. Can someone help me

All Swansea area indoor and outdoors got problem can phone and use internet

Worst decision to move to id mobile internet slow now nothing working

I cannot get phone or Internet, in Bristol.  I first noticed this about 3 hours ago.  To make matters worse, this system would not allow me to login, nor would it send a “forgotten password” message.  In the end it allowed me in via Facebook, which I didn’t want to do.

A very unhappy customer.

Hi @Steve Melia,

Welcome to the Community!

We did experience an outage which has since been fixed.

Are your services now working as usual?

Last week I missed 2 very important calls that went straight to voicemail.

I have installed an app (macrodroid) that is set up to tell me when the signal is lost and regained.

So far I have:

Tried the SIM in another phone (LG V60 thinq 5G), the same if not worse.

Cleaned my old SIM, no effect.

Got a new SIM from Currys - no change.

Last night the signal was lost for about 10 hours.

I do live in a  low signal area (hd96er) and typically signal strength is about -100db.

The network stats suggesr 3 is the best network for my area.

However my wife’s iphone X on 02 never has any issues.

Can anyone suggest a solution or is it time ti move to O2?

Hi @Sondek01

What is the main device you were using? It doesn’t appear that the LG V60 Thin Q 5G is officially supported, therefore we’d expect some issues with our SIM in that device.

Taking a look the area of HD9 6ER is a weak area for our signal, we’d expect issues here generally.
