I recently took out a sim only deal with i mobile, but as the id sim was not compatible with the samsung flip phone, i spoke with id within 48 hours of taking the contract out to cancel and she assured me everything was fine and as i hadnt used the sim i would not get charged.
Now i am being chased for not paying my direct debit !!!
i do not have the phone number so cannot access any complaint procedure or my account etc etc
What do i do
