Since yesterday, I have noticed that my mobile data is not working and can only use online apps when connected to wifi.

I understand there was a storm in the UK this week but my husband also is ID network and his is working fine.

Post codes and phones are fine - as always worked fine before.

What can I do to get mobile data working again?

I’m sorry to hear this, it’d be strange for one SIM to be working and not another.

 

Is mobile data enabled in the device settings?

 

Have you tried a network settings reset?

 

For iPhone;

Settings > General > Transfer or Reset oDevice] > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

 

For Android;

Settings > System > Reset options > Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth

 

Resetting network settings will NOT reset any personal data (Photos, Videos, Contacts etc) only network settings.
