Why is my bill for this month showing 30.99 this month when it should be 25.99 unlimited calls. Text and internet 

Have you changed your iD plan or direct debit date recently, @Jojo69

Doing either would explain why the bill is not what you expected. Otherwise, you might have been charged for out-of-plan usage.


I have checked all of this and it won’t show on my plan. I would like to know why I have been charged more
