I recently bought a new handset and sim card package and received both on 22/12/23.

I included my PAC code details (VUK713106) when I placed my order online.

My IDMobile account number is 13426250

I have tried to change my phone number via my account page but have been unsuccessful as I have never received a transaction number.

Can you help please?

We'd recommend checking your emails, we should've sent an email with the subject "Welcome to iD" with your transaction number inside.

 

If you don't have this, please let us know.
