Good Afternoon .

I have been with uou now for several months and once again today i am without network.I signed a 24 month contract with you and you are not providing the service that i am paying for therefore i would like to leave you and go to another more reliable supplier.I should not have any penalties to pay because it is you that are not supplying the service that we agreed in the contract.Alan Holmes
