Ive lacked network all day. This problem is now fixed. I can receive text messages etc and my phone now shows to have network 

However I can’t make or receive any calls and I can’t listen to my voicemail

No help from customer service live chat as it states they are too busy and also they close at 8pm

Anyone in the same boat?

I've been able from time to time recieve and make calls and then nothing. But from about 8 I cant access my account on the app. I would just advise if you have broadband tell people to contact you over WhatsApp cause its free. It is bloody annoying though not getting a service you pay for though. I want into my account I only joined id last week. Hope its not like this all the time.


Still no service. Unable to make or receive calls.


same here,thank God my contract ends in February,will be getting rid.
