Hello.
This came as unounced surprise. There is a problem with Internet connection since yesterday. At some point I also discovered that the calls are also impacted. ID app is not working as well.
I have tried contacting customer support few times and received a message that they are busy dealing with customers. I am also a customer. Two days with no Internet, sadly.
Please update with any resolution plan you may have in place and compensation for the impacted customers.
