New customer - No data available and zero data showing on app.

Previously with Vodafone (daylight robbery) and moved to Smarty. 

Saw that iDMobile provided e-sim so decided to go with them seeing as the three signal was good around here. 

Got the 48Gb plan and setup esim. Seemed all ok. 

Left the house today and podcast stopped playing. Full bars on the phone and 5g then looked at the iD app and saw zero data left of 36Gb

Calls and texts working. thankfully I could stop the porting of my number from Smarty but still waiting for the data to be updated on my account. 

CS have been helpful but no resolution to date. Glad I am still within the 14 day as after reading some of these posts I am not going to waste my money purely for an e-sim

Sounds like iD could have a problem with their total metering & billing system, @divvykev.

Topics in this forum seem to suggest the new iD app and “My iD Account” online applications are not showing correct allowances and usage for some customers.
