I am currently an ID Mobile customer, with a SIM only contract. I wish to purchase a new phone which includes a new contract with ID Mobile. Do I cancel the existing contract, or will this be automatically transferred?

You can discuss your upgrade options with iD telephone sales team, by calling 020 7139 1397 during normal office hours. 


Hi @Jake Burns it depends. Are you wanting to keep the same number? If so you will need to upgrade if you are eligible.

If you are wanting a new plan with a new number, then you can go ahead and make a new purchase, but if you don’t want two plans, you will need to contact us to cancel the old one.
