I am in the process of transferring from EE to ID and porting my existing number. New handset and contract bought on-line via Carphone Warehouse on Monday during which I provided the PAC code. Collected handset on Tuesday in store. I was advised I would receive contract details via email plus confirmation of the number transfer date. 2-days later and I haven’t heard anything (checked spam too), so I am still on my old handset and contract with EE and with no indication that anything is happening at all. Any advice as to how to fix this would be appreciated (I have also messaged ID via X but not heard back).

Did the store team provide a port date?
If the port still hasn’t been done you can request the port via the link below as it’s likely that it was never processed.

Hi Kash,
Turns out the store didn’t close down the order correctly when I collected my phone. I had to go back to store to get them to complete the process which then triggered the contract and the porting of my existing number.
All sorted now, but thanks for your reply
