Ever since I've upgraded to Samsung galaxy a54 5g all I've been getting is no connection on video calls. I'm unable to hear anyone just bit and pieces and it's been like that from day one of having this phone (nearly 3 weeks now). Ive never had a problem with my last phone. My signal strength should be under -70 but its between -90 to -110 which means very low and reason for concern.

Hi @Zangel,

Welcome to the Community!

As you mentioned it’s since you upgraded are you able to test the SIM in a different handet?

If the coverage improves it may be a faulty handset and it will need to be looked at if it’s still under warranty.

Hi @Francesca

Sorry to hear this, please could you let us know the postcode(s) where you’re having issues?

Do you have issues absolutely everywhere you’ve gone or just in this/these areas?

Tom

Thank you Tom.

Mostly I experience  it in W2 and W9, the on the Marylebone Rd from Mme Toussaud to King's x

Thank you

Francesca

@Francesca,

We’ll need the full postcodes so that we can check the coverage and network status.

Please can you confirm the details and we can advise further.

Kash

Hi Kash, thank you for your reply. The full post code may be a challenge.

I lived in w9 1be and w91et. And in both areas I had problems. I will pay closer attention  when it happens and will try and find the postcode out.

Thank you

Francesca

Hi @Francesca,

I can’t see any issues in the area but I would advise to monitor the address and if the coverage improves indoors and outdoors.

I would also advise to get any examples of the issue such as the date and time along with the error.

Please let us know and we can drop you a PM when required.

Kash

It is really bad. I now get H level service everywhere and severe blank spots
