Is the network still down. I've no internet and unable to make calls and phone shoes no Service. I can now access the app using WiFi.

@Kev Packer I'm a customer like yourself and it would appear that some customer's are still without service's or part service regardless of their location. I've seen reports on here of some customer in the same location one or the other will or won't have service.
