Hi all

 

ive just switched to ID including a new iPhone 15 and kept my old number, have followed the PAC process and had a text earlier today to say my number had been transfered and to restart my phone which I have. however since then I now no longer have any service, signal cannot get data without WiFi or make calls or texts ?

any ideas please
