No Transaction number or welcome email received

Hello, I have signed up via MSE. Esim activated and working but no welcome email received and no transaction number received. Also, Live chat and bots that are available 24/7 have not been available for hours.

Maybe try sending a PM to iD support using Facebook Messenger or X (formerly Twitter), @AndroidMancave.

Ah, okay @AndroidMancave - looks like you’ll have to keep trying the iD Live Chat service.
