I have just joined ID Mobile after switch providers, I used my PAC code to keep my phone number, so far I haven’t received a welcome to ID Mobile email and can not log into the app because my phone number doesn’t work, any ideas on what I’ve done wrong, thank you

What did you do whilst you were waiting for your welcome email, is there anything you would recommend, I used a PAC code to switch my mobile number across to ID Mobile now I can not access the App?
Access to the ‘new’ iD app is unreliable at the moment,
My preference for account management is the online “My iD Account” service, available at https://my.idmobile.co.uk.
