I have not received my welcome email so don’t have the transaction number to switch using my PAC code. 
 

Please can someone get in touch with the transaction number?

Hello. I also have a question on This. Signed up via MSE. Esim delivered and activated. No transaction number or welcome email received. Can you help?


Same issue. SIM is active but I didn't get a welcome email. I only have a 9 digit order reference number starting with a 1. This does is not accepted when I try to port my old number. Thanks
