My number should have changed over to my new phone with yourselves yesterday but still hasn't happened
Is your old provider’s SIM card still working,
If yes, then your switch hasn’t happened yet.
If no, then perhaps there’s a problem with your switch to iD. Have you used the online iD Live Chat to speak to iD support about this?

If your old SIM has deactivated, this sounds like a SIM issue, or a file exchange delay. This occurs when iD Mobile are waiting for the relevant files from your old network provider to complete the transfer.
