Hi it’s been now 24hrs and still the number hasn’t switched over , No Text , both sim still working.

What date was selected for your switch
If your old service provider’s SIM card is still working, your number hasn’t been transferred to iD.
Quickest way of getting this resolved is to contact iD support, using one of their PRIMARY support channels:
- Online Live Chat at https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat (via popup window in a browser).
- By private message using Facebook Messenger.
- By X (formerly Twitter) DM.
The agents work until 8pm on weekdays (6pm at weekends).
