i need to reopen my ID mobile account i tried to contact you over the phone, but to no avail. 

 

I need to:

 

open the account, it got disconnected whilst i am trying to port my old number over. i need to reconnect the line for a few days.

 

Please can someone contact me urgently.

Were to trying to port the iD Mobile Number to or our of iD Mobile?

If the line is disconnected it’s likely that we can’t reconnect it.
