I have received my PAC code from my old plan which was three then when I type it in on the ID Mobile app with all the details it says that a problem has occurred meaning I can’t obtain my old number. I’ve double checked all details and they’re correct, I also thought it might have been because I just got the phone so I tried again the next day and it’s still not working. Wondering if you could help? Thank you

Perhaps don’t use the iD Mobile app, and try using the online version instead, @Matthew Purdy.

Does the transaction number you’re using begin with a 4?

 

If so and you’re still having issues on both the app and the website, please let us know so we can get in touch and take a look.
