All steps in the following link have been followed, but I’m still getting the same error message that it can not be completed.

The message is : 

We've tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you've submitted. Please check that you have provided the correct details and try again

Its a PAC from Three which is in date, the Transaction number is from Mobiles.co.uk

 


All resolved with the chat line, no issues now, thank you ID mobile
