When i try change my password, it says my password cannot contain symbols, however, my new password does not, but my pre-given password has a symbol, and therefore i cannot change my password at all.

Are you having this issue with the iD app, at my.idmobile.co.uk (in a browser), or with both @elpesto?

i just tried my browser, and it let me change it no problem, but the issue was on the app. Thanks anyway. @andewhite 


Yeah @elpesto, I’ve tried the iD app, but found it unreliable - only use my.idmobile.co.uk (in a browser) now, to manage my iD account online.

When i try click forgotten password it saying my details are wrong and aint able to change so im logged out

deleted my old app now new one won’t except my new password as iv forgotten my old password

Have you registered for the iD account before? If you’re unsure, it may be worth trying to register.

If not, what error do you receive when trying to reset your password?
