Can you please move my bill payments to the 13th of the month to save any future payments being declined from my bank, this when I'm paid every month, thanks!

You’ll be able to do this in the iD Mobile app when logged in (after having registered if not already).

I have paid my phone bill yesterday afternoon and still can’t call anyone or use my data , it has been a whole new day and it’s still not working , it says I’ve paid on the app so I really don’t understand why I can’t use my phone
