Phone call keep cutting out. Then it says " Your service doesn't allow access to this number" . I’ve always called my mum on this number never had a issue in past but cut me off from my call around 7 times had to keep calling her back.

Getting sick of this now
Happened a few weeks ago all day
I have to make calls constantly 30+ mins a time
And after 3 to 4 mins clkeeps cutting out no help from id at all so far
Trying to call doctor for my son but kept getting this message, don't know if anyone can call me
