I have been in contact with customer service for the last three evenings trying to get my phone number switched. So the switch was meant to be Tuesday and nothing. I contacted support via the online chat on Wednesday and they said they were putting a service request in for the change. Then Thursday I again contact the customer service chat and I am now told I should expect a response from technical support in 24 to 48 hours from the original ticket on Wednesday. It’s now Friday and I have no update and still without my original number.
